Project data: documents you upload for translation. These are treated as strictly confidential.
Payment data: billing details processed by Stripe. We never store full card numbers.

Deliver translation services, process payments, communicate about projects, improve our site, and comply with legal obligations.
Contract performance, legitimate interest (analytics, security), consent (marketing), legal obligation (tax records).
We do not sell your data. Shared with: Stripe (payments), hosting, analytics (Google Analytics), vetted translators (project content only under NDA), and authorities when required by law.
All source materials are treated as confidential. Translators sign NDAs. Documents are deleted from our systems 90 days after project completion unless you request earlier deletion.
Personal data retained up to 3 years after last interaction. Project files 90 days post-delivery.
