Translatewizard provides translation, localization, transcription, and related linguistic services. All services are delivered digitally.
Completing checkout creates a binding agreement. Payments processed via Stripe in EUR.
We treat all client documents as confidential. Translators work under NDA. We will never share, publish, or reuse your content.
Timelines per package. Client delays in providing source material extend delivery accordingly.
Upon full payment, you own the translated deliverables. Source-language rights remain yours throughout.
Included rounds per package. Scope-change requests quoted separately.
Maximum liability equals the fee paid for the specific project. We are not liable for losses arising from client-supplied inaccurate source content.
Either party may terminate with written notice. Refunds per our Refund Policy.
Netherlands law. Disputes resolved in Amsterdam courts.
